Першы з'езд данскіх інструктараў ў растове

Пасля ранішняга пасяджэння першага Зьезду Данскіх інструктараў ў Растове група новочеркасцев пайшла пагуляць па горадзе. У адным з кніжных магазінаў на вітрыне красавалася кніжка пад загалоўкам: «мілітарызацыі юнацтва». Загаловак прыцягнула нашу ўвагу, кніга была куплена і ўжо ў цягніку на зваротным шляху дадому чытаўся ўсімі. Абурэння нашаму не было канца! Гэта была кропля той звярынай злосці, якую выплюнуў ў свой час наша «грамадскасць», калі кляйміла з'яўленне патрыятычнай арганізацыі «пацешную»! Горад Растоў-на-Доне працягваў жыць сваім ліберальнай і антыўрадавай жыццём - каментарыі залішнія.

Уступіў у выкананне сваіх абавязкаў новы атаман генерал А. П. Богаевский, і ... усё перамянілася, як па ўзмаху чароўнага жазла! Арганізацыю бой - і герлскаутов адразу выдзелілі, і быў прызначаны новы начальнік - генерал Траилин261. Дехтерева пакінулі з яго званнем «Старэйшага скаўты Дона», але на пасадзе памочніка начальніка арганізацыі. У 'Новачаркаску, ды і ў Растове, многія радасна ўздыхнуў. Новы начальнік быў паважаем усімі, лепшага выбару і прыдумаць нельга было, ды і яго дзеці былі ў 2-й дружыне. Хісткую становішча Дехтерева цяпер ужо ўмацаваліся, і ён мог выконваць заданні. Відаць было, што на вярхах вырашылі прывесці арганізацыю ў парадак, і ад аддзела народнай асветы быў прызначаны асаблівы чыноўнік. Адразу ўсе адчулі, што ёсць моцная рука і ўлада. Войт вырашыў спешна ехаць да сабе на радзіму - у Латвію. Толькі пасля яго ад'езду высветліць падрабязнасці прыгодах гэтага дзецюка. На шчасце, новочеркасцы былі па-за сферы ўсіх гэтых брудных делишек, а інструктара нічога не распавядалі!
